We have developed 3 easy ways to find what you are looking for.
Search
Use our search engine to find a specific product. Simply type in the information/ key word of a product name you are looking for and a list of corresponding products will generate.
Browse
Use our browsing tool to help you narrow down your search by product, category, or health concern. The drop downs will direct you towards the item or information you are looking for.

Our Customer Support Centre will take your order over the phone, assist you in finding the product you are looking for and help you order on-line, by mail or by fax.
Note: We process your order immediately in order to ship your items to you as quickly as possible. Once you've placed your order on our web site, you will not be able to make any of the following changes: add items, remove items, change address, or cancel the order.
Shopping Cart          
We have worked very hard to develop an online ordering system that allows you to shop worry-free, with the knowledge that the personal information you provide us is safe and secure.
Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.
Changing Quantities
If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product and click on "Update Cart". You must click on "Update Cart" in order for the information to be saved.
Checking out
When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. It's that easy!

Shipping Policies and Procedures
To insure you get your products quickly, we ship all in stock items within 3 business days.
We only ship throughout Canada. International customer needs to contact us before placing any order. 
Shipping Costs:
Orders placed for over $149.99 CND (before tax) will be shipped via freight carrier free of charge to the customer. For orders that total between $0.01-$149.99 (before tax), a postage charge will be added to the total of the order.  
 *Oversized product (Car Seat, Stroller, High Chair, Crib, Play Yard etc.) or Orders shipped to some remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If there is additional charge to your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.
 **CanaBee Baby is not responsible for any additional Brokerage, Duty or Taxes that may apply. If your order is being shipped to the United States, the shipping rates above apply but additional brokerage, duty and/or taxes may be billed to you separately.

*If you choose Store Pick-Up when checking out, you will be notified by email within 2 business day that your order is ready for pick-up.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.
Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
International Addresses:
NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. HerbalTek's prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from Canada.
International Returns or Packages Refused:
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Canabeebaby.com for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Your Country's Custom and Import Policies:
Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
Additionally, when ordering from canabeebaby.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Any fees charged to canabeebaby.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

 Tax Policy
All domestic retail orders are subject to HST on all products. International orders are not subject to any tax.  
 Return Policy
Refunds may be given only when the return of merchandise is made within 7 days of date of purchase (as specified in the purchase receipt), subject to the conditions and restrictions below:
1) All Returns require that the item be returned in the original, factory-sealed unopened packaging, with all pieces and in original condition. We suggest you keep the box that you received your products in to ensure an easier return if needed. All labels must be attached, and in the case of clothing, it must NOT be washed.
2) A copy of your purchase receipt is required when returning an item in-store.
3) All special orders are final sale. Returns are done at your expense and we advise you to take insurance on your package as we will not be held responsible if your package gets lost.
4) For web sales, you have 14 days for a full refund (less shipping costs) and 60 days for in-store credit or exchange.
5) Items purchased as gifts will only be eligible for in-store credit.                                    
6) PLEASE NOTE: Retails indicating “Final” or “Special” are FINAL SALE products -No Refunds or Returns available.      
7) For in-store purchases, you have 14 days for a full refund, and 60 days for store credit or exchange.

Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. All backorders will not be held after five business days. Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.
If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Support Centre will be able to track your package for you. Just call.
Credit Card Security
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, HerbalTek will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at HerbalTek.net while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
